Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of payment, subject to enrollment and course usage status.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply after the refund window depending on class attendance, material access, and administrative processing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Examination vouchers, external certification fees, and third-party platform charges are generally non-refundable.
